JESUS IS COMING! GET READY! - Wednesday, March 12, 2008 As modern day christians with our mouth we say, "Jesus is coming." But do we believe it with our hearts? Just look at scripture and see. Luke 17:26 "And as it was in the days of Noah, so it also shall be in the days of the son of man." Well how was it in Noahs day? Genesis 6:11 "And the earth was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with Violence." Genesis 6:12 "And God saw the earth, and, Behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth." Genesis 6:13 "And God Said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before men; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and , behold, I will destroy them with the earth." Now take a look at our world, Is it the same?

The prophecy given to Daniel was to be fulfilled at the end of time. At the end of time people will be traveling back and forth on the earth and knowledge will increase on the earth. Since that is happening at this very moment, we know that we are now living in the end of time. Therefore, since we are living in the time of the end, we know that the end time prophecies found in the scriptures are for today. Furthermore, we can now understand the end time prophecies as never before, since the end time prophecies were sealed up until the time of the end; that is, the understanding of these prophecies was kept a secret until now. Amos 3:7-8 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.,The lion hath roared, who will not fear? the Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy? The Lord God loves us and He wants us to know what He has planned to do before He does it; furthermore, the Lord reveals His plans to us in order to encourage us to live for Him. Prophecy is also given so that we might know and understand what God has planned before it happens; so that, when it does happen we will know that God was in control all the time, and that we might give glory to Him. Just as a person would respond to the roaring of a lion, the prophet could not help but prophesy. <
